You enchant in the moment, guided by:
• what you’re about to consume
• what you want support with
• the natural correspondence of the food or drink

Presence does the work.

The Two-Stone Method (Simple + Powerful)

Hold:
Clear quartz in your dominant hand
– amplification
– clarity
– signal strengthening

Obsidian (or another dark stone) in the other hand
– grounding
– containment
– clean integration

Quartz amplifies the instruction.
The dark stone anchors it into the body.

You become the conduit.

The Activated Sigil

Create one general nourishment sigil.

This sigil represents:
• nourishment

• receiving what serves you

You may:
• Draw it on a napkin

A piece of chocolate:

“Bring pleasure and comfort.”

A late-night bite:
