• A white or blue candle
• A small bowl of water
• A seashell, moonstone, or smooth river stone
• A sprig of lavender or chamomile
The Spell
Light your candle.
Place the bowl of water before it.
Hold your stone in your hands for a moment, imagining it becoming filled with calm, steady, healing energy.
Picture that gentle light flowing outward across the world.
See tired shoulders growing lighter.
Heavy hearts finding rest.
Exhausted spirits remembering hope.
May every act of kindness be returned a hundredfold.
When you're ready, stir the water clockwise three times and say:
May gentle hearts find strength anew.
May peace return in all they do.
May every soul who gives find rest.
May love return a hundredfold, blessed.
By the power of Goddess, God, & Earth.
Leave the candle burning safely for a few moments while holding those caregivers in your thoughts.
When you're ready, return the water to the earth as a blessing for all those who continue showing up with compassion, even on the hardest days.
