Mercury rules communication, making today a beautiful opportunity to begin developing your own unique language with Spirit.

Choose one symbol and invite your spirit team, ancestors, guides, or deity to use it as a way of communicating with you throughout the day.

You might choose:

• Birds

• Butterflies

• Flowers

• Feathers

• Songs

• Repeating Numbers

• Clouds

• Coins

• Dragonflies

• Bees

As you move through your day, remain gently aware of your chosen symbol whenever it appears.

Each time you notice it, take a moment to journal:

• Where you were

• What you were thinking about

• How you were feeling

• Any thoughts, feelings, images, or insights that came to you in that moment

As the day comes to a close, read back through your journal and notice any patterns, themes, or guidance that emerged.

Developing the clairs often begins by learning the unique ways your spirit team naturally communicates with you. Today's practice is simply the first conversation.
